PC DRAM light yellow and won’t boot

My Pc when ever starting it has the yellow dram light and it won’t boot. When i take out the left ram stick and start the PC it still gets the yellow dram light and won’t boot. When i put the left ram stick back in it boots and the yellow light disappears. Does anyone have a solution?
