Starting a raised garden bed - any suggestions for plant + beneficial flower combos to plant now?

Starting my foray into gardening for health and mental health purposes lol - a new hobby if you will. Definitely amateur at best, and am looking to see if we have any veteran gardeners out here who can lend some advice on the best flowers to plant within my vegetable raised garden bed.
