Overclock his SIG W-Engine?

I accidentally got a 2nd one of his W-Engines, and I don't know; if I should just let it be until a new character comes out (Who wants its passives), Overclock it or there is already a character in the game who wants it.

So what would you do in this situation?

I have M0 W1 at the moment and I want to try getting his M1.
