need clay + more rocks?

I'm working on some builds for new islanders and need clay but my rocks are out. Looking to visit someone's island and find some or trade! Side question: I accidentally destroyed one of my rocks (after I had an apple) and was wondering if there's any way to get a rock back or buy more?
