Do you ever feel heavy hearted?

I have several personal issues going on in my life. To cope up with that i try to pray and focus on following deen.

But i have this fear that i might fall into sins again. I have heavy heart kind of feeling everyday.

In urdu they say “dil baitha jaa raha hai”

I feel like i am not in control of my life

How do you cope with this feeling? Asking Allah fir help. The more closer i get to follow islam the more i have this feelings.
