Hi everyone, what are the best cities in Florida to invest in real estate? Specifically rental properties. I saw a list recently with Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Panama City, Tampa, Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Is this still the case in 2025 or did Hurricane Milton destroy some of these?
