Worked ~1,800 shifts without a break

Working in Oregon, at this place for the last 7ish years and have never been afforded an unpaid meal break. I am not a server, which seems to be the only legal job in which you aren't required to get one.

Would this be grounds for a lawsuit, and if so, about how much money could one expect? I make around $21/hr.
