Drone Photogrammetry

I am a project manager for a paving company, and I was tasked with developing a photogrammetry, non-survey grade map, program. I was told that I need to find a program to process these items that was an upfront cost. I ended up using OpenDroneProgram. The problem with this software is that I need to use huge amounts of RAM to process these images from a drone. Another caveat is I don’t have an office, and I work out of my truck. I have a 1500w inverter in my truck but space is a huge factor as I have to carry so much stuff just for construction with me. The QuickStart help on ODP says I would need 64 gigs of RAM to process 1500 photos. And I do about 1000-1200 photos. I’m relatively new to this and was given a monumental task with no IT support from my company. I just need to get pointed in the right direction of what Mini PC to buy.
