A question of fashion

From what I've managed to gather over this fandom, the average Shil'vati male would look at Glam Rock outfits and think 'Those look good' but what about those males in Shil society that rebel.

If there was a 'Meninist' movement, would they do away with the flamboyant styles of dress and start wearing clothing more akin to a three piece suit in muted colours or start going around with a bare chest?

I welcome your thoughts and opinions.
