Just got my community garden plot assigned - what can I do in Jan?

I want to get something growing in there just to keep weeds down and keep the soil structure dynamic - I know it’s late to do a proper cover crop, but maybe I could do some very early radishes? I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t get a harvest, but would they at least grow some ground cover?

Working in a 4x8 raised bed.
