Zigbee2MQTT 2.0.0 update reports?

The changelog for Zigbee2MQTT 2.0.0 looks pretty scary and I'm a bit worried about upgrading. I wanted to see if anyone has any reports on how their upgrade went? Smooth or needed some tweaks to fix?
The changelogs make it seem like networks that are older are the ones that might have issues so if you had a report, please include when you started using z2m
