I have lost all feelings in my penis is it even possible to cure

I'm 29 and have been dry beating since I was 11 multiple times a day with a tight grip. I can't feel anything while having sex or masturbation

I've decided to never masturbate or watch porn ever again and I bought some penile cream also that says it'll help increase sensitivity

Is it even possible to cure my issue at this point? Or will I never feel anything again?
