19, Kicked out. Self Help Eviction.

Hello, so basically my grandmother decided to once again push her own insecurities onto my medical issues and life resulting in a massive fight which resulted in her not allowing me to leave the room by standing in front of the door and baring herself there.

I eventually left and walked to my girlfriend job to get my car and cooled off.

When we got back she was changing the front door lock and threatened an ultimatum of “if I don’t talk to her she will be changing the locks”. I am not going to give into the ultimatum .

Does the law of “Self Help Eviction” apply here?. I have been living with her for about a year and half - 2 years. I have my dog and electronics inside. Can I call the cops?
