Can I request Premium Processing?

My company immigration lawyer filed EB2 NIW for me without premium processing. When asked about premium processing, they said that it's easier to get approval from regular processing and they've seen a strong case getting RFE from premium processing. I wonder if my profile is too weak to request premium processing.

Profile:
- Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science
- 10+ YOE in software engineering (ML)
- Very few research paper and patent (50+ citations total)
- Endeavor in AI/ML

Also, I have an approved I-140 from other employer awhile ago, so I believe I don't need to wait for PD.
