Screen goes black

2025 RS: The large center screen goes dark while driving, just displaying date and time. Tapping anywhere doesn’t do anything. Need to turn off the vehicle and start again to make it reappear. Is there a trick to get it back while driving or do I need to see a shop (picked the car up two weeks ago)?
