Audible instant offer alert

I have been having trouble getting my phone to consistently make the loud alarm noise when an instant offer comes through. Even with my phone sound on and volume up, sometimes it doesn’t give any audible alert, though sometimes it does. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
