So a friend is a doctor who works in the correctional system and we were just talking about what the inmates in jail/prison pay for healthcare, $10 copays to see a doctor, $2 per day room and board. They need surgery, the COUNTY pays for it. Hmmmm...

I mean, shouldn't we have a similar system for those NOT incarcerated as well???

I could actually see with state of affairs in this country that people would commit a criminal act just to get an expensive surgery paid for! Wild, wild West, huh?!
