is it worth to keep watching after Alex ending?

i dont know if i should keep watching or give up, like they basically killed everyone off i care about except meredith, bailey and webber so there is nothing groundbreaking that could happen anymore at this point, right?

how are the next season finales, are they good? is there actually any memorable and heartbreaking episode after this one? i loved watchign shows like greys for these kind of episodes, so are there any?

and when does it get better cause season 16 was a mess!
