Really scared about labor

Im around 36 weeks and getting pretty nervous, I have a history of svt and pots and recently about a week ago I had a virus, just from having the virus and a fever of 100 my heart rate was 160 and I had to stay in the hospital all day to get my heart rate down. I notice my heart is very quick to race when things happen, stairs, sickness, really bad stomach pain. I’m honestly terrified what’s gonna happen when I go into labor! They want me to avoid the epidural sense I’m on blood pressure medication and I have pots so my blood pressure drops. But I’m terrified I’ll go into svt or my heart rate will get to high during labor and the pain. Has anyone with pots, svt or a racing heart been ok when giving birth, or what did they do for it? The only thing my doctor said was trust the midwives.
