I uploaded random shorts first and now videos is it okay, listen to what I had so say

When I started my channel I just posted mobile gameplay but i did not get any views so i just uploaded shorts meme that shorts got views now i started to make videos again low quality videos until i get pc is it okay i don't get any views but to keep channel busy and have many content i uploaded thinking someday i get views and i get better with content and editing and until i get better pc
