PS5 Slim won't read disks from time to time

Hi,

I have an issue thats occurs from time to time when starting my PS5 Slim.

The issue I'm facing is that the disk reader cannot read the disk that is inserted (it does not depend on the disk, I've tried several). When the home screen is loaded I got the following message displayed "Your disk reader is unusable. To use it, restart your Playstation 5".

But when I do restart the PS5, the same message can be displayed (or the problem can be fixed, it's really random)

Two additional information that can help figure out what's going on:

1. We can hear the disk loading and running when the PS5 starts but we can also hear it slowing down a few seconds after.
2. When the error occurs, there is no boot screen when starting the system (no Playstation logo or seizure warning, we directly arrive to the account selection) yet I can play to digital games and use every apps when home screen loads.

I tried to start the PS5 in safe mode, to empty the cache and reconstruct the database but it does not change anything, tried with or without a disk in the reader, tried several disks, both PS4 and PS5 games and run out of idead on what's going on here.

Its working randomly after N restarts of the system (N between 1 and a lot)

Any guess or suggestion?
