193 at 29 weeks..

I failed my 1 hour glucose test at 193 😭 I have not heard from my OB since it’s the weekend but I am freaking out. I’ve had INTENSE post-meal fatigue for the past 3 weeks - blacking out a few times. I don’t know what to do or eat. Please talk me off the edge.
