Rhesus - and antibodies in second pregnancy. Any experiences?

In my first pregnancy I had multiple anti d injections for being rhesus - with a + blood type baby. I'm now 14+5 in my second pregnancy and received a letter today confirming this baby also has a + blood type. This would be fine except a midwife has already told me I have antibodies in my blood, does anyone have any experience with this and what could happen as a result?
