That you're not. Your mind has been colonized, is still colonized. When you see a tall arrogant white man, you have the overwhelming desire to kneel and serve. You want nothing more than to offer him your body to use as he desires. Centuries of submission have taken their toll on your soul.

These urges of yours are getting stronger, too. No matter how much you tell yourself that you're a feminist and a progressive, you have a sinking feeling that eventually you'll just give in. . .

There’s no shame in it. It’s right and natural. You are simply discovering your rightful place in the world: groveling at the feet of a white man.
