Practice test tips request

As someone diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar, my ability to adapt to the changing question types is creating a major challenge for me to accurately answer questions correctly. I've read the material multiple times, including during my masters degree while acing those exams, so understanding the facts is not an issue. I have my manager hat on when I look through each question. As I go through the QE, I am unable to get ahead of the "how to think for the specific question" and am thus losing more and more confidence in my ability to pass the exam. This is where the bipolar comes in heavily. It takes me deeper in to depression which compounds the inability to rethink questions being proposed. I don't like certifications and am only working on this as attempting to find a new job with the master's degree has proven unfruitful for months now.

With the sob story of my neurodiversity out of the way, does anyone have any tips to help me practice the test taking portion? Especially if anyone has been in my place and has found successful methods to stay calm, reduce the anxiety and be able to focus when hitting incorrect answer after incorrect answer.

I've gone through many of the zerger videos, the dest cert mindmaps and the 50 CISSP practice questions from tia. I have the QE subscription and that is my only test bank due to cost and recommendations.

Background: I've been in IT and cybersecurity for over 20 years ranging from manager to engineer, doing the things in all 8 domains.
