[1 YoE] CIS Grad 2025 | Paid 100 dollars for resume rewrite. This 1 page resume rule isn't enough room to add enough information

I paid 100 dollars for a technical resume writer to rewrite my resume, did I get ripped off?

I'm 28 years old, I have other work experience before I made a career change to software engineering, I use to do digital marketing for Youtube for almost 10 years, I had 3 million subscribers on my old YouTube channel before but I was told to not include the stuff I use to do on my resume because it could be looked down upon by tech recruiters and hiring managers who will think this stuff is childish and unprofessional who don't understand the amount of work you have to put in to do that stuff...

So it looks like I haven't done anything this whole time because of that even though that's not true, this 1 page resume rule makes it seem like that, so he to put in the Walmart job I had last year because and I quote "that looks more respectable than your YouTube experience to these recruiters who don't understand digital marketing"

I was one of the 100 out of 5,000 applicants that was chosen to do the Samsung Innovation Campus program in September 2024 where we learned about AI and ML it was pretty much an internship but there's not enough room on my resume to put that in my Experience section, and I was told by the technical writer that internships are not seen as "real work experience" by most of these employers these days, he said having the Samsung Innovation campus on my experience will make it look like I'm overqualified for entry level jobs and will look irrelevant for software development when that was an AI/ML internship, so I don't know what to do.

Can I get feedback or something please thank you. Is this good enough to apply for entry level software engineering/web dev jobs?
