Divine Toll - Paladin

Hi guys

Someone can explain me , I didn’t played since few years and I remember Divine Toll heal all the target in the group but actually when I’m in dungeon it totally random can hit mobs / heal one or 2 mates.

I target friends before cast obviously. When I check some videos on YouTube or stream I can see the icons of this spells is blue /gold but mine is gold I feel isn’t like the same spell that’s really weird.
