My (F25) small unisex-ish perfume collection
Hi, here's my small collection amassed over the past 3ish years. It's mostly quite fresh and herbal unisex stuff (which reflects my personal style - I mostly tend to go for Comme des Garçons and Lemaire, and I would say my taste is similar to Chloe Sevigny's), but I'm quite pleased with how it's looking at the moment. From left to right:
Malin & Goetz Leather Frederic Malle French Lover (newest buy, love the herbal, maybe juniper? notes) DS & Durga Coriander (nice but the strong cologne waft of chemically smell doesn't suit me personally, it's a little too aggressively fresh) Mini FM POAL (stunning fragrance but this really does not suit me at all) Mini G* Water by Byredo Diptyque Eau De Sens - this and the M&G leather are my work choices M&G cannabis oil FM Lys Mediterranee - so stunning in the summer, I absolutely love it for hot weather FM En Passant - another favourite, I may buy a full bottle of this one day Le Labo Patchouli Le Labo Rose - probably my least favourite of the Labos I have, I love that it's a skanky, masculine rose but I kind of feel gross when I wear it Le Labo Vetiver - both this and the patchouli are very evocative to me - I'll probably always keep both of them around as they have a special place in my heart <3
Past loves: My first ever perfume was the green Chanel Chance, which I think is lovely. It was followed by Diptyque Vetyverio which gave me my love of vetiver, though I find it a little pedestrian now. Also used to have CDG blackpepper but it definitely does not suit me at all, though it is beautiful. CDG Avignon was nice but honestly a bit boring imo. The Santa Maria Novella Patchouli splash bottle also used to be a big summer favourite, as was bergamote 22 and another 13.
Wants: I'm still struggling to find things for winter that I like - Musc ravageur was ok but too much for me, I like Heaven Can Wait and Angelique Sous La Pluie by FM but they're still quite light and I want to find something a bit richer that adds balance to what I already have.
I've also got 2 Jorum perfumes currently in the post, Askr and Athenaeum, which I'm really looking forward to after sampling them, I think I'd like to get Trimerous too.
Of other things I've sampled DS & Durga cowboy grass is big on my list, and I also want to try Nasomatto out soon, as I fell in love with Narcotic V when I smelled it in store. Also am a big fan of FM in general so would like to repurchase Carnal Flower as I think it is so sexy, and Lush Lust is also on my summer wishlist :)
