Gear Guard External Storage Too Slow After Reset

Hey all, I recently soft reset my vehicle and after doing that gear guard is now saying my usb drive is too slow. This drive was working and capturing footage before this reset. I have since hard reset multiple times and soft reset multiple times with no luck of resolving. I have also reformatted the drive a few times with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
