Pixel 6 Pro Facebook issues

I've been having this issue for weeks where if I click a pic on Facebook the swipe back feature doesn't close the image, I can't zoom on any pic, and often times I will be stuck in this loop where the picture swaps between full screen black border and full screen but the border is my Facebook feed. It's infuriating so if anyone has a solution I'd like to hear it.
