Can't buy Xbox All Access, Does it exist still?

I've been doing some research on getting an Xbox series X and decided that the $36.99 monthly deal with 0 apr is kind of a good deal, so I recently tried to bite the bullet and get one.

Except every retailer promoting the deal now suddenly doesn't have working web pages for it.

• Walmart says they're all out of stock
• Verizon has a page for xbox all access but when you try to buy it you're stuck in a Sign in Loop
• Gamestop doesn't seem to have any mentions of All Access except a snippit in the product description
• Target just sends you back to xbox's promo page, which sends you back to the retailers

I mean I guess I could just buy one new or used but then I wouldn't get the 2 years of Xbox Game Pass.
