Late 60s MS diagnosis?

New Diagnosis

This is my husband's aunt. I have MS myself, but diagnosed in my 20s, now in my 30s. I know lots of family will be asking me questions and I'd like to educate myself on what much later onset MS is like? All I know is that the newer DMTs likely wouldn't/couldn't be used because they're too immunocompromising for someone in their senior years so risk/benefit isn't there.

To my knowledge, she hasn't had a delayed diagnosis - symptoms have been for maybe 2 years or so. So not a case of being dismissed by doctors for a decade or more, as some have had the unfortunate experience.
