I recently bought a used HP Envy 16 Laptop (SN CDN330190x) and wanted to do a fresh install of windows on it and as someone who prefers windows 10 over windows 11.. 

 I already had a Bootable USB close by with windows 10 downloaded  onto it via Microsoft Media Creation Tool.. 

So I did this like I've done many other computers however this time after installing I noticed that the HP Laptop I had no longer had any way to connect to the Internet, The Trackpad / Mouse Completely Stopped Working, and so did the Touch Screen Features the Computer had!  

Never experiencing a problem like this before I tried doing some research and reaching out to HP but the only thing I found was that I needed to download Windows 11 instead of windows 10 and that this might fix the problem..

So I did and created a fresh install of windows 11 and just got done downloading it and am experiencing the same three problems..

No Internet
No track pack (but I found a plug in USB Mouse that is working fine)
And no touch screen features are working either as well!

I followed the steps of the install and am now literally stuck at this page saying "install driver" but when I click on that it takes me to a screen where I can choose from files downloaded onto the computer but I even have what I believe to be is the network driver that HP suggested me downloaded but when I click on that device or the name of the USB it's downloaded on nothing happens and I don't know what to do or how to get past all of this..

Can someone help me please!



Internet, Trackpad, and Touchscreen features no longer work after trying to do a Fresh install of Windows via Bootable USB on my HP Envy 16 (CDN330190X)
