Do you NEED to work? Are you good at sales or are you willing to learn?

Hi, I have a business that I’ve built and running since 9years . we sell medical devices to hospitals. I am looking to expand to Hyderabad, but I am not able to find accountable people who can help me sell them. I have previously tried hiring , but had bad experience as after a few months, the sales people either loose interest or start acting and slacking. I am looking for advice or like minded people who would be interested in doing this together in Hyderabad. Let’s discuss, ideate, understand the steps. I see a lot of potential in this business in Hyderbad ( there are also some downsides).
