Trouble with Momentum 4 microphone

For some reason, it seems that every time I join a call and try to use my Momentum 4's microphone, it loses all input after 1 or 2 minutes on my Windows 10 laptop. I made sure to select the microphone as the input and output device and used the hands-free frequency as my output. Has anyone else encountered any similar issues? Thank you in advance.
