CBP OR CEBS [AZ]

Help, I'm looking into going for me CBP or CEBS can you give me advice on which one to go for and where to take courses to prepare for the test? I've been working Itasca benefits specialist for about 4 years and looking for a new job but the employer I'm looking at are asking for the certification.
