Considering my options...

I live in Canada, but I am planning on moving to Spain in the next few months. I would like to start doing classes for nails - i am just not sure where to start. Can someone in Canada that knows if international licensing is a possibility?? I would love some feedback before I invest money into getting supplies here! 💕💕🤗🤗
