How do I protect myself from a crazy ex girlfriend?

Long story short, dealt with a mix of ups and down from a woman I met at a bar. Hooked up with her, she desperately initiated the sex in her suv. Went to a motel, done it, she became obsessed with me. She lived in philly and i live in an island in nyc. Half the time we were calling on the phone and other time we met vice versa in person. Got into a relationship. She displayed alot of narcissistic traits, started getting aggressive and argumentative with me. She cheated on me and lied to me for 5 months till I found out. Then again cheated same old cycle. But between those times, she have threatened me multiple times, harassed when I tried to leave numerous times. Told me she would have her friends to shoot me/jump me few times. Relationship came to an end when I told her I need therapy and her aggressice behavior came again. Finally she is finished with me. 4.5 months no contact. Should I be worried and if I’m still allegable for an order of protection? Cause to chase me 6 blocks sprinting on foot till a cop confronted her just cause I wanted to be finished with her, numerous harassments, getting her friends to argue with me, etc TO absolutely silence. I’m concerned if she is plotting something against me.
