Loot gone after exfilling

So me and my friend are hunting krtek and before that we killed collecter so I decided to bring the LMG to see how fast it could killed krtek so we check both spawns and he wasn't there so we go to exfil and when we do it took a little longer to load the kill feed which was a little odd but as soon,as I go back to my bunker and I look down and everything was gone my geartec,my t5 vest, and my LMG I was a little mad so I reset to see if it was a glitch and I load back in the pve and it wasn't there so I lost my first collecter LMG and some good gear to I guess a glitch.Has this happened to y'all at all?
