Historic Painting Help....

does anyone have that one painting of a mom that looks highkey depressed eating a baby leg?

she looks really manic, smiling and everything, she's poor and she's holding her lil baby and boiling his leg at the same time. there's a newspaper somewhere in there too, on the ground.. say something i cant remember, but that's about it! i really just need the name ...
