Unable to transfer money from cheque account to credit card

Scotiabank is failing to transfer money from my cheque account to my credit card on the app and web app. Transfers from my savings account to my credit card are successful.

Is anyone else encountering this?

When I log in, I keep getting a message that I've been sent a new ScotiaCard. I don't know whether that has anything to do with it. I've been getting that message for many weeks but haven't received anything in the post yet.
