GPU Worked in old system but not new one.

Hello everyone,

I was upgrading my system today, only carrying over my drives, gpu, and psu, and everything worked fine prior to the build, however when I try to post with my gpu in the white VGA light stays on and it never posts, but if I unplug the gpu and boot off of the igpu it works fine, however it can only boot off the igpu if I fully unplug the gpu/remove it. The graphics card does still work on other systems, and I’ve made sure it’s seated and powered properly a number of times, and I just can’t figure out why it’s doing this. My hope is it’s just a bios setting, but I’m not sure which one. Any help would be very appreciated.

 Old specs:

I5 10600k, Asus Prime B550M Motherboard, 750W Seasonic PSU, 24Gb of Corsair vengeance ram, and a gigabyte 3070ti

 New specs:

Ryzen 7 9700x, Asus TUF Gaming B650-E, and 32Gb of Kingston Fury 6000Mhz DDR5 Ram, 750W Seasonic PSU, gigabyte 3070ti
