Does this game have a framedip/ microstuttering issue?

I hopped back on since it became free on epic games to try it out with mates, and I’ve noticed at times I will receive some stuttering out of nowhere.

Is this something on my end or a fault with the game? I have an rtx 4080 and Ryzen 9800x3d and I’ve enabled direct x12
