SebDerm Conditioner / Hair Mask

I wash my hair once every 2 days with rotated medical shampoo, use mct oil / aloe Vera, take fish oil tablets, yk the dill.

This has dried the hell out of my hair and I've scoured the subreddit for quality moisturising conditioners/hair masks only to find them completely unsafe on sezia. Does anyone have any recommendations?
