Messed my skin up real bad during covid with too many products (you can see the left over scaring on my right cheek

My routine is very simple now for my combo skin (super oily nose/chin) (dry cheeks)

Cleanser: Vanicream or Aveeno Salicylic Acid Foaming Cleanser (when I’m breaking out close to my period)

Moisturizer: Cerave —> Cetaphil (derm recommended I switch to cetaphil as Cerave causes white heads.

Sometimes: Mixsoon Soybean Milk Pad (helps with textured skin a bit and when skin feels dull)

That’s it. I don’t use sunscreen because ik I need to wash it off at the end of the night and when I wash my face 2x a day too often I start breaking out. I feel I have really really bad textured skin and also dull/ grayish looking skin at time. I’m starting to get a lot of wrinkles at my smile lines and a lot of my pimples fade into dark marks making my hyperpigmentation so bad and much more spread out.

Any advice is appreciated. Benzoyl peroxide makes my textured skin worse and I’m really looking for solutions for my textured skin / hyperpigmentation. I know I need to start wearing sunscreen, I think Korean sunscreen will do good on my skin as I used it before in the past and was fine. As forcleansing at night , my skin tends to not like oil based cleansers but I can always give it another try

Any help is so so so appreciated! Thank you!!

That’s it
