Got Uber One annual discounted for £29.99. Tried to stop it re-subbing for £49.99 for a year's time and support automatically refunded my £29.99 and cancelled my membership

Just a vent more than anything, I subbed to Uber One a month ago for 40% off, when I tried stopping it paying full price in a year's time the support guy didn't read my message properly, instantly refunded me and said there's nothing they can do to get my discounted membership back. Absolute jokers!
