Phone unable to connect to ufone lte connection

So i have been facing this issue where my phone wont connect to ufone lte network, i tried a jazz sim and immediatly got lte signal, and connection, another person with me was getting full LTE signals on his ufone sim so is my sim broken or is there any ufone particular setting i have yet to enable ? even in the video we can see that if i connect to lte network manually it stays on H+
