Esewa Money Load Error

I loaded money from bank to esewa today. There was a transaction error and I didn't receive any money. I opened my bank wallet and it shows a sucessful transaction with a designation ESEWACHECKOUT. What do I do? I already tried calling customer care they donot pickup.
