Under review?

I applied to a few schools Friday (no t14s) and for 2 of them I’m right on their 25th they are my reach schools🫠🫠. My application is already under review for my 2 reach schools. Is that normal or a good/bad sign? Or does it not matter at all? I honestly have no idea how the process works or have anyone to talk to about it so if anyone could let me know🙏
