Recording prolonged youtube livestreams while doing other stuff, can the Macbook Pro M2 do it?

I have 16 gb RAM, and I'd like to record some (private) livestreams with both screenrecording and webcam recording.
All this while having open on the laptop, generally, softwares like:
- blender
- unity
- krita
- whatsapp
- microsoft edge
- visual studio code

Is something like this doable in your opinion? or it would affect hugely the performance?
